The place was fairly clean with attentive and efficient staff members. Had essentials needed in the budget double room, including a coffeemaker and glassware. The hotel was set in a central area really close to communal gardens, shops, and the airport. Actually everything was lovely, my next choice again in London.

The room we were given a free upgrade to was exquisite and included a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

A beautiful area, absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location close enough to very quiet away from the bustle, the private gardens and pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and a tube station. And close to Notting Hill Coronet.

It has comfortable and ideal location in London as it's not far from Westbourne Grove, and Portobello Road markets. Notting Hill is a district that deserves exploring. The continental breakfast is the best.

The rooms - well furnished, romantic with modern amenities and a charming Colonial and a super comfortable bed. Great location, near Julies restaurant where we would be eating. Plus, short walk from a Victorian Anglican church.

Quaint trendy boutique hotel with incredible views of the park. Convenient and ideal location so close to the gardens, residential Notting Hill and Portobello street in a really comfortable area. Besides, easy to get to a retail road.

Quaint place with lovely views of street. The particularly good and fab location for the price, next to a park, surrounds, and London. Next door to Biscuiteers and other tourist attractions. Very comfy beds in our superior queen room.

The room was fantastic and good sized with open bathroom and NICE views. Its a mini-bar and a lounge were much appreciated during our trip.

The units are luxurious, fairly quiet with a special touch. Everyone who works in the hotel is exceptionally kind and efficient. The location is in a particularly good and stunning spot to the private gardens which the rooms to the rear overlook.

Liked our rooms with space for a sofa. The location was particularly good and unbeatable - close to bushes.

The value for the money was excellent, and the rooms were truly unique and full of character. The location in Notting Hill was perfect for exploring the Portobello Market, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

That the breakfast service could be a bit slow. It would be great if they could improve the speed of the breakfast delivery.
